It had been known for a long time that the villains of the city had their own hidden economy. Whole swathes of hidden services that only they knew about, that only existed to serve their needs. Money laundering, arms sales, medical procedures and even entertainment was handled by these hidden companies. There was one place that was making waves among the criminal community. It was a strip club with a twist. Every dancer was dressed up as one of the world's many superheroines. While the costumes were obviously cheaply brought from Halloween stores, the club was famous for finding dancers who were the spitting image of the heroine they represented. The club was also very well known for its service. While it looked like a seedy strip club, it was often said to be the "Disneyland version" of such a thing. The club obviously has a lot of money behind it and all of the seedy details are nothing more than a show, it is almost an ironic post-modernist interpretation of the "seedy strip club" aesthetic. There is also the rumor that the club offers other services in hidden backrooms. Those who have been into them say that you can live out any fantasy you want in them and that the owners have a room themed to fit any need. Little does anyone know that the girls at the clubs are not dancers who happen to look like heroines. They are the actual heroines, brainwashed into putting on the terrible costumes and acting like dancers for the club owner's amusement. The heroines act as sleeper agents, acting totally normal until activated by the club's owners. Upon activation the heroine returns to the club and takes on her dancer persona, doing whatever the club owner needs until they are let go once more, returning to the real world with no memory of what happened. So this is a general framework that I'm looking to build upon and world build a little. The basic concept is that superheroines are brainwashed into working at an underground club where villains and henchmen can indulge their darker and more base desires. The heroines can be original ones we create or from DC and Marvel. We can even work in other Rule34 characters (provided they are 18+). I have no limits for this prompt, so we can take this in a lot of different directions.
